Your treatment consent and marketing choices are separate. Closing membership or deactivating consent does not automatically delete treatment history.
Scope
These terms describe use of the Harmony Health & Wellness website, appointment services and patient-facing MIS functions, and general conditions for our services. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy and your treatment-specific consent form. Merely browsing does not constitute consent to treatment or optional marketing.
Services and clinical information
Our published services include homeopathic consultations, health assessments, nutritional counselling, dietary and lifestyle advice, and wellness products. Services are subject to practitioner assessment, availability and applicable professional scope. Website information is general information, not an individual diagnosis or a replacement for appropriate medical assessment. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
Emergencies and other treatment
The website, contact forms, appointment requests and MIS are not emergency response channels and may not be monitored continuously. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, seek immediate assistance from local emergency services or the nearest appropriate healthcare facility. Do not stop prescribed medication or delay necessary care because of website content; discuss treatment changes with the appropriate practitioner.
Appointments, charges and cancellations
An appointment request is not a confirmed booking until Harmony confirms it. Please provide accurate contact details and notify us promptly if you cannot attend. Applicable fees, payment arrangements and any cancellation, deposit or refund conditions must be communicated before you commit to the relevant service or purchase. These terms do not introduce an undisclosed cancellation charge or a blanket no-refund rule.
Informed treatment consent
Before treatment, the practitioner explains the proposed care, relevant benefits, risks and alternatives, and gives you an opportunity to ask questions. Treatment consent is signed through the MIS and retained as part of the clinical record, with a printable copy available. These website terms do not replace that process. You may decline treatment or withdraw consent for future treatment; the practitioner will explain relevant implications.
Follow-up and consent status
Under Harmony's follow-up process, consent status may be deactivated after 30 days without follow-up attendance. This is an operational rule, not a statement that the law sets a 30-day validity period. Before treatment resumes, the practitioner reviews the current consent position and obtains fresh consent where required. Deactivation or membership cancellation does not erase earlier treatment records.
Patient information and representatives
Please provide relevant, accurate information about symptoms, medicines, supplements, allergies and changes in your health. Ask for clarification if advice is unclear. A representative must have appropriate authority to act for a patient. The clinic will assess the applicable consent requirements rather than assuming that any accompanying person may consent.
Products
Product descriptions are general information and do not guarantee suitability or results for every person. Ask a qualified practitioner about suitability, interactions and use, especially during pregnancy or when taking other medicines. Follow relevant instructions. Availability, price and applicable return conditions should be confirmed before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes applicable rights concerning defective, unsafe or misdescribed products.
Website and MIS use
Use only accounts and records you are authorised to access. Keep login details confidential and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not attempt to bypass security, access another person's records, upload harmful material or interfere with services. Necessary access restrictions may be applied for security or misuse, without removing lawful rights to request clinical records.
Availability and third-party links
Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact the clinic for assistance if an online function is unavailable. Links to external services do not make their content or privacy practices part of Harmony's control. No online availability promise replaces a confirmed clinical arrangement.
Content and publicity
Website content and branding may be used only with appropriate permission or as otherwise permitted by law. Patient confidentiality must be respected. Marketing use of identifiable testimonials or survey feedback requires separate permission as described in the Privacy Policy; receiving treatment does not grant publicity permission.
Responsibility, complaints and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable professional duties. Concerns about care, services or billing may be sent to [email protected] or raised on +268 76383349. Privacy complaints may also be raised with the Eswatini Data Protection Authority; professional concerns may be directed to the relevant regulator. These terms are governed by applicable Eswatini law and do not prevent access to competent courts or regulators.
Changes
We may update these terms and identify the revised date. Changes do not retrospectively replace a signed treatment consent or agreed transaction conditions. Where a change requires additional agreement or notice, that process will be followed.
